What Are Non-Fault Accident Repairs?
Non-fault accident repairs apply when your vehicle has been damaged in an accident that was not your fault, such as another driver running into the back of your car or hitting your vehicle while manoeuvring.
Depending on your circumstances and insurance arrangements, you may be able to have your vehicle repaired without making a claim against your own policy. The options available will depend on the details of the accident and the relevant insurance cover.

Terms & conditions
The Promotion
Eligible customers who choose Rowtown Auto Repairs Limited to carry out qualifying vehicle accident repairs may receive a £300 cashback payment following completion and settlement of the repair.
Eligibility
The promotion applies only where:
Rowtown Auto Repairs has agreed that the repair qualifies for the promotion;
the vehicle is repaired by Rowtown Auto Repairs;
the accident repair has been authorised where authorisation is required;
the repair is completed in full;
the repair invoice has been paid or settled in full; and all information supplied by the customer regarding the accident and vehicle is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
Non-Fault Repairs
Where the repair relates to a non-fault accident, eligibility for this promotion does not constitute a determination by Rowtown Auto Repairs that another party is legally liable for the accident.
Liability remains a matter for the relevant insurers and/or parties involved.
Cashback Is Separate From the Insurance Claim
The £300 cashback:
- is funded by Rowtown Auto Repairs;
is not added to the cost of the vehicle repair; is not claimed from an insurer as a separate repair charge; does not form part of the customer's insurance compensation; and is not payment to the customer for making or submitting an insurance or personal injury claim.
The cashback is a promotional benefit provided for choosing Rowtown Auto Repairs to undertake the qualifying vehicle repair.
Payment
Cashback will become payable only after:
the qualifying repairs have been completed; and
Rowtown Auto Repairs has received full settlement of the repair invoice.
Payment will normally be made to the registered keeper/customer by bank transfer or another payment method agreed by Rowtown Auto Repairs.
One Cashback Payment Per Repair
Only one £300 cashback payment is available per qualifying vehicle repair unless Rowtown Auto Repairs agrees otherwise in writing. The promotion cannot be exchanged for a reduction in an insurer's repair invoice.
Cancelled or Incomplete Repairs
No cashback will be payable if: the repair is cancelled;
the vehicle is removed before the agreed repairs are completed;
- an insurer or other paying party declines to authorise the repair and the customer does not proceed privately; the repair invoice remains unpaid; or the customer provides materially false or misleading information relating to eligibility for the promotion
Insurance Rights
Participation in this promotion does not require the customer to give up any rights they may have under their insurance policy or against another party. Customers remain responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of their own insurance policy.
No Personal Injury Incentive
The £300 cashback relates solely to the selection of Rowtown Auto Repairs for the vehicle repair. It is not conditional upon the customer making a personal injury claim, credit hire claim, loss-of-earnings claim or any other claim for compensation.
Other Offers
Unless Rowtown Auto Repairs agrees otherwise, this promotion cannot be combined with another cashback, discount or promotional offer.
Withdrawal or Amendment
Rowtown Auto Repairs reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion for future bookings. Any qualifying repair already accepted under the promotion will remain subject to the terms agreed when the vehicle was booked
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
